"Create wellhead" tool

This tool is provided for creating wellhead both on catwalk and on well sequence under the following conditions:

 

• Only one wellhead can be created on one catwalk;

• The following features can be created on well sequence:

- wellhead with catwalk, at that catwalk can be located at different angles to well sequence (direction of skidding the drilling rig)

- wellhead without catwalk;

- wellhead without target-points.

 

To create the new wellhead in the database select Edit well in the WellTracking menu and point to Create wellhead.

 

 

The following steps should be performed to create the new wellhead:

 
Step 1. Select well sequence / pad
Step 2. Specify wellhead parameters
Step 3. Specify catwalk geometry
Step 4. Edit user attributes of the wellhead
