Step 4. Add map data to report
This dialog appears if you select the *.dot report template. In this case the map will be added to your *.doc report as a separate page.
To add your map data to report:
• Check the box near the Add map data to report option;
• Specify the map center: by current extent or by report data, i.e. by the map area used to generate report;
• Specify the map scale;
• Select map layers to be visible on the map. By default visible are layers from the ArcMap TOC. Though if you check the invisible layers in TOC, the features containing in these layers will be visible on the map.
• If you check the box near the Display only those features used to generate report option, the pad areas found in the report and the correspondent features will be displayed on the map.
Click Next to get to the final step of your report generation.
