1. Undefined values located at the beginning of the wellbore geometry.

The magnetic azimuth is linearly interpolated from 0 to the first known value.

 

 

2. Undefined values located in the middle of the wellbore geometry.

The magnetic azimuth is linearly interpolated from the first known value to the next one.

 

 

3. Undefined values located at the end of the wellbore geometry.

The magnetic azimuth takes the last known value.
