To do measurement, press Measure button in the map window.
The tool button will change its color and the tool dialog will appear. If you need to measure distance, press Distance measurement.
If you need to measure area, press Area measurement.
To start the measurement process, consequentially specify points on your map.
To delete the needlessly added point, click on it again. The calculated distance or area will be shown in the upper part on the map.
To change measurement units, go to Options section of the application menu.
In the Measurement units section select the required units:
Meters, kilometers
Feet, miles, acres
